As fall plays out and winter approaches, the scavenge for autumn or cinnamon scented products begins. Everyone wants to experience the warm and cozy feeling you get when your house smells like the nostalgic pumpkin patch you visited or the Christmas tree hunt you went on with your family. So are you looking for a new smell or freshener for your house during these holiday seasons? If you are, Yankee Candle is just the place for you.

A large variety of sprays are available from classic seasonal ones to creative unique ones. This includes Macintosh, Spiced Pumpkin, Sunlit Autumn, Christmas Cookie, Tree Farm Festival, Cozy Cabin Escape, and much more. The pretty setup and my curiosity prompted me to test a few sprays out.

Macintosh is one of everyone’s top picks. It smells just like crisp, fresh apples at an apple orchard. Spiced Pumpkin gave a strong nutmeg and cinnamon smell. Personally, I wasn’t a fan because of it’s strong scents but if spices are your preference, this one is a great choice. Sunlit autumn smells like an outdoor field.

Christmas Cookie smells like sweet frosting on vanilla sugar cookies. It’s perfect if you want your kitchen to smell like fresh baked cookies. Tree Farm Festival gave a nature park, outside smell. It’s just what you expected it to smell like based off of its name. I enjoyed this scent but it was not my favorite. Cozy Cabin was probably my least favorite. It smelled like ginger, burnt caramel, and a wet creaky cabin. Though this is true for me, smell is subjective.

Other of my favorites were Pink Sands and Clean Cotton . I really enjoyed the Pink Sands scent and ended up taking one home with me. It’s a great scent for the summer. It smells like an expensive beach perfume. The Clean Cotton one was even better. It smells just like fresh laundry straight out of the dryer. It was quite realistic and it was an exact imitation of what it’s supposed to smell like.

What matters most is the quality of these sprays and unfortunately I was a bit disappointed with some of the fragrances and their longevity. After a short while, some of the scents become hard to pick up.

On the contrary, most did not disappoint and delivered a strong scent that was spot on accurate. Yankee Candle claims that each bottle holds up to 300 sprays. Two sprays is all it takes to get the room smelling as you please. With a five for $25 sale, good quality scents and a perfect traveling sized bottle, I would highly recommend that you start your holidays with a trip to Yankee Candle.
