Emily Bawiec is starting her junior year at LHS and first year in Journalism. Outside of school, Emily plays club tennis and works at the local Jewel-Osco, stocking shelves and taking a breather from her packed school schedule. When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her with an instrument in hand. Emily is a part of Lemont’s Marching Band and Jazz Band, playing the flute and guitar. She has also been an active member in Lemont’s Scholastic Bowl team. Now that she’s an upperclassman, Emily is ready to take on new challenges headfirst.
