Destina Sarussi, Staff Writer
Destina Sarussi is a junior and thrilled to begin her first year on the Tom-Tom staff. As a passionate musician and lover of the performing arts, Destina is a proud member of the Lemont Band and serves as head drum major of the marching band. In addition, Destina plays the flute in CYSO’s Symphony Orchestra and dreams of playing professionally. Outside of music, Destina also enjoys competing on the Lemont Speech Team, where she specializes in acting. When she’s not playing her flute or at speech practice, you can find her spending time with her family, watching movies, or stocking the shelves at Jewel Osco.
