Leena is a senior at Lemont high school, who is not far away from graduating with the class of 2019. She did not get enough of journalism her junior year, which is why she decided to take it again her senior year! During her free time she enjoys drawing (even though she is terrible at it), taking naps, playing with Snapchat filters, going to the beach (she always makes sure she has her sunscreen), eating Mexican food, and watching Law and Order.

Students in Mrs. Johnson’s math class are utilizing the whiteboard desks to practice problems. The whiteboard desks are currently aiding them to learn how to graph quadratic functions using a table of values and an axis of symmetry.

Behind the scenes in the kitchen, where french fries and bosco sticks are being prepared by the staff in the cafeteria. The average shift starts at 6:30 a.m. and ends at 1:00 p.m. This goes to show how hard the lunch ladies work to provide meals for students.
